The Birkebeiner– days in Lillehammer 14. - 18. March 2012

Each day there will be a program with activities related to the Birkebeiner ski race. There will be information about the race, opportunity to test parts of the cross country course, introduction in preparing /skiwaxing the skis for the race, and individual preparing of skis the day before the race. Restitution, time to pick up startnumber/ bib and individual preparing of skis for the current snowconditions the dy before the race, are also in the program.

Accomodation is centrally located in Lillehammer, near the popular Storgata pedestrian and shopping street. Between the activities, one can easily take a stroll in Lillehammer. The city have nice cafes, restaurants and shops.

Program:
Wednesday: Arrival Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Train to Lillehammer.
                   Dinner together and we will give you information about the race.
Thursday: Testing the Birkebeinertracks from Sjusjøen to Lillehammer.
               In the afternoon: Introduction in preparing / skiwaxing the skis for the race.
Friday:     Restitution/ recovery. Picking up bibs and race packets in Håkons Hall. 
               Individual preparing of skis for the current snowconditions.
Saturday: Birkebeiner Ski Race
Sunday:    Breakfast and Depart.

1. Rica Victoria Hotel:
NOK 7500,- per. person in doubleroom
Included in the price :
Accomodation 4 nights with dinner, breakfast and selfmade lunchpacket.

2. Skysstasjonen Hotel / Youth hostel,
Per person in Doubleroom: NOK 5750,-
Per person in 4-bed-room: NOK 5000,-
Included in the price: 4 nights with breakfast and selfmade lunchpacket. 2 x dinner (first and last day).

For both packages includes also:
Train to/from Oslo Airport Gardermoen - Lillehammer.
