Rambling tours with luggage transport

These rambling tours are suitable for persons who wish to spend some active days in the mountains, but who also want a certain degree of comfort. We offer package tours in spectacular countryside in combination with hotel/mountain inn accommodation. Delicious food is served in pleasant surroundings each and every evening.

On these tours you will not need to over-exert yourself by carrying heavy rucksacks; the rambling or hiking tours are with luggage transport, with or without tour leader. You can choose to climb towering mountain peaks or travel across relatively level terrain without many inclines.  And those of you who do not wish to undertake these walks alone, will surely make interesting friends along the way.

We offer three types of walks:

1.From hotel to hotel with baggage transport and guide

All you need to carry is a small daypack. When you arrive at the accommodation site your luggage will be waiting for you. The local guide will be able to tell you about the local nature and history so that you get an insight into the area you are travelling through.

2.From hotel to hotel with baggage transport without a guide

You can also take the tours through Peer Gynts Rike, Rondane, Dovrefjell and Aurlandsdalen on your own without a guide. You follow the same programme and your luggage will also be transported to your next destination for you. All you need to carry is a daypack. The trails are well marked, and you will receive a map and tour description; accommodation and luggage transport will be booked and arranged for you.

3. Rambling stay
Here you will stay at a charming mountain lodge, farm or inn and take various day trips. You will get an insight into local history and culture and get to visit local attractions and places of interest.
